Suleiman Ali Nashnush (1943 - 25 February 1991) was a 8-footer, a Libyan basketball player and a actor [1]
Suleiman ali Nashnush was born in 1943 in Libya, Tripoli, Ben Ashour street.[2] In 1960, he went to Rome, where later, in 1962 he successfully underwent surgery to correct his abnormal growth. [3]
Nashnush played as basketball player, in team Al-Ittihad, and later in Al-Wahda, in Tripoli.
Suleiman was reported to have a driver's license, as a car driver, as well motorcycle driver, and bike rider.
Nashnush also had a small role in Federico Fellini's film Fellini Satyricon where he played the role of Tryphaena's attendant
Ali suleiman died on February 25, 1991 while visiting Latvia, probably due to heart attack. .[4]
Height issue[]
The Authenticity of his height is pretty doubtful, Guinness World Records have been listening him at the height of 8 ft 0.4 in (2.45cm) for decades, he may have been reached that height, although there is not enough proof.
