We are aware that the heights of most giants (if not all) are exaggerated. However, we have decided to list the giants at their claimed height (using the shortest claim) in this section because that is the only information we have for them. This does not mean that we believe they are/were that tall. The opposite is often true, we don't believe they were that tall but it would be wrong to just make up a height, even if that height would be closer to the truth.
